Employers spend too much time and resources bringing in the wrong applicants, only to discover that the candidate was not the right fit after meeting them. Recruiting in Motion provides employers with an introductory video interview and a detailed resume of pre-screened potential candidates. At Recruiting in Motion, we truly believe in having our clients “see it for themselves”.

Our simple process

One of our seasoned associates will come out to your office to discuss and analyze your staffing needs. The purpose of this meeting is to: a) fully comprehend the technical requirements of the role and b) understand the corporate culture and truly appreciate the “fit” from a soft skills/interpersonal perspective.

We will then present you a short-list of qualified candidates, all of whom have been pre-screened and are very interested in your opportunity. For each candidate, we will email you a link to our secured web portal that will contain: an executive summary of the candidate, a detailed resume for the candidate, and a video-clip of the candidate.

After viewing each candidate’s resume and video-clip, you will select the candidates whom you would like to meet in person and we will make the arrangements for an interview to take place at either our facility or yours, depending on your preference.

We will assist you in all areas of the recruitment process including interview techniques, compensation negotiation, and the preparation and presentation of an offer letter to the chosen candidate. We will also complete professional references and, if requested, criminal and/or credit background checks.

Permanent
We offer a range of flexible search options for your recruitment needs including contingent and retained search engagements. And our fees are consistently lower than our competitors. Whether you need a permanent candidate to start immediately, or have more time to find the right candidate, our experienced and knowledgeable recruitment professionals have the experience to manage this process successfully and efficiently.

Temporary
We understand the impact that hiring a great temporary worker can have on your workflow. As such we work closely with a large number of pre-screened candidates who can hit the ground running and have an immediate and positive impact on your team. Our registered temporary professionals have access to a wide-range of skills-testing and development resources to ensure their level of competency for your specific engagement.

Contract
Consultants or Independent Contractors may be required when an employer is seeking a resource for a project, consulting engagement, or related need.  Consultants are self-employed (independent) contractors who have a business/contractual relationship with Recruiting in Motion and generally fall into one of the following categories; sole proprietors, corporations or partnerships.
